We spoke to cool girl Ambika Nayak (Kayan.a) about how she keeps herself inspired during this time in isolation.

Tell us a little about yourself. 

I'm Ambika (Kayan.a)! I'm a vocalist, composer, performer, DJ and I love all things summer. :)

How would you describe your sound in three words. 

Moody, soulful, nostalgic

How do you stay motivated to create during this time at home? 

On most days it's to do lists, showers, keeping in touch with my friends and family and listening to music that inspires me. On days I can't, I'm trying my best to cut myself some slack, and just take it easy!

Your all time favourite song/artist? 

It's too tough to pick one, but the first artist that comes to mind (one of many) is Kaytranada! His music makes me bop like no one else!
